Fee Payment: All school fees must be paid in full by the due date (10th of each current month).
Fees will be paid for full year (12 Months).
Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer, mobile money, cash, or any approved school payment method.
Late payments will attract a penalty of Rs 500/-.
Registration and admission fees are non-refundable.
Tuition Fee Refunds:
- Withdrawal before term starts: 75% refund
- Within first 2 weeks: 50% refund
- After 2 weeks: No refund
No refund is given for student absence or closures due to emergencies.
Mid-Term Admission students will be charged full term fees unless stated otherwise.
Parents/guardians must pay for additional costs such as exams, trips, uniforms, or damaged property.
A receipt will be issued for every payment.
The school may revise these terms at any time and notify parents in advance.
