COMPOSITE TUTION FEE FOR SESSION 2026-27

1. School Fees Note

• Fee Payment: All school fees must be paid in full by the due date (i.e 10th of each current Month). Fees will be paid for full year (i.e 12 Months) .
• Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer, mobile money, cash, or any approved school payment method.
• Late Payment: Late payments will attract penalty @Rs 500/-. The school may withhold report cards, exam access, or suspend the student until fees are cleared.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Registration/admission fees are non-refundable.
• Tuition Fee Refunds:
  • Withdrawal before term starts: 75% refund
  • Within first 2 weeks: 50% refund
  • After 2 weeks: No refund
• Absences & School Closures: No refund is given for student absence or closures due to emergencies, government orders, or events beyond the school’s control.
• Mid-Term Admission: Students joining mid-term will be charged full terms fees unless otherwise stated.
• Additional Costs: Parents/guardians must pay for extra items such as exams, trips, uniforms, or damaged property.
• Receipts: A receipt will be issued for every payment; parents should keep all records.
• Policy Changes: The school may revise these terms at any time and will notify parents in advance.
